Moshe grew up in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and has been in the financial services industry for 30 years, beginning his extensive lending experience at Commonwealth Bank in the areas of residential, business and commercial lending. In 2002 he used this experience to launch into the Mortgage Broking Industry with the creation of Niche Lending and with this achieved after the first year the award of “Young Gun of the Year” at the 2003 Australian Mortgage Awards. Since then Moshe and his business have won a number of awards in the Mortgage Broking Industry mainly in the area of Exceptional Customer Service. He now manages the lending arm of Astute Sydney City Central, providing his knowledge to the group nationally.
Moshe has an Associate Diploma of Accounting, Certificate of Financial Markets, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Certificate IV in Financial Markets and is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
